Directions:

1. Place a large skillet over medium heat. Add in the sesame oil, canola oil and chili paste. Stir well to mix and fry for 30 seconds.

2. Add in the chopped garlic and continue to cook for 30 seconds or until fragrant.

3. Add in the chicken and ¼ cup of the soy sauce. Stir well and cook for 5 minutes on each side or until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside on a plate.

4. In the same skillet add in the sliced onion, chopped cabbage and chopped carrots. Stir to mix and cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until the cabbage wilts.

5. Add in the remaining ¼ cup of soy sauce and cooked soba noodles. Add in the chicken mixture and toss well to mix.

6. Remove from heat and serve.
